The best and most accurate way to determine your ring finger size is to stop by a local jeweler and have them size your finger using the standard “ring sizers”.
Another effective method would be to use the Rogue Rings Sizing Guide. In order to print the ring sizer above, be sure that your printer is set to 100% and that you have not reduced the print size in 'page set up.' You can verify that the sizer printed correctly by measuring with a ruler. The 3" ruler at the top ofSection A should measure 3" if you have printed the document in full size.

The shipping time for your jewelry will depend on the location of our warehouse and it's destination. Almost all of our promotional rings come from our international warehouses. It does take a little more time to ship items to overseas locations including the USA, Canada, UK and Australia. Delays beyond our control can happen when items arrive in your country and are processed by Customs. We cannot control the length of time it takes once your item(s) land in your country. In practice, shipping time will occur between 12-14 days but we've witnessed delivery in as little as 3 days to as many as 21 days. Our "Special FREE Promotions" will arrive within 3 to 6 weeks. Regardless of shipping time, please know that you will definitely receive your jewelry. If for any reason your shipment does not arrive within the 4 weeks please contact customer service and we will send you a replacement.
How long does it take to receive a tracking number?
After your jewelry is packaged and made ready to ship it will be assigned a tracking number and entered into our online international shipping system. When the tracking number is assigned you will receive an email with the details. It may take 3-5 days after purchase before a tracking number is issued and then another 3-5 days before it's status is updated online. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 days of purchase please contact Customer Service for more information. What happens when I order multiple items?
Many of our customers order multiple items from our store. Sometimes those items are stored in multiple warehouses in Asia or the USA. In these cases we will ship your purchase in separate packages. Each package will have a unique tracking number so you can track each item to your door. Most of the time, these packages will arrive at different times, sometimes a few days apart, and infrequently a few weeks apart.
Returns, Exchanges & RefundsReturn Policy is valid for 30 days after purchase and covers defective or items damaged in shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The jewelry must also be returned in the original packaging. Free Items (Only Shipping & Handling Paid) are not refundable.
