Returns, Exchanges & RefundsReturn Policy is valid for 30 days after purchase and covers defective or items damaged in shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The jewelry must also be returned in the original packaging. Free Items (Only Shipping & Handling Paid) are not refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns and they are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $50, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
